USEFULL TIPS
To enjoy your stay at Loutraki Thermal Spa, please:
- Bring swimsuits, towel, flip flops with you.
- Limit noise to the minimum.
- Inform your doctor about your medical condition on the remaining days of treatment if you feel it is necessary, after the first day of arrival, to issue a hydrotherapy card and medical examination.
• The use of facilities is permitted for persons over 15 years of age.
• To ensure the availability of the treatments you want, we advise you to schedule your appointment as early as possible, by telephone or by visiting the reception.
• If you are unable to attend a pre-booked therapy, you must inform the Reception, at least 48 hours in advance, of your pre-booked reservation.
• Arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled sessions.
• Customers who do not arrive at the predetermined time will lose their schedule, at their own expense.
• Know that your stay at the pool or tub room may not exceed 20 minutes a day for medical reasons.
• Smoking and alcohol is prohibited within the Hydrotherapy Center.
• Avoid having valuable items with you. The Spa Administration and Personnel are not responsible for any loss.
• Keep all areas of the Hydrotherapy clean.
• Bathers from groups must be informed about certain rules that they must observe meticulously:
• Each bather before entering the pool area must
- Shower with warm water and soap.
- Use the individual waterproof cap provided in the reception area.
- Movement within the pool area is allowed only with non-slippery flip-flops..
• During the doctor's examination, the bather must strictly follow the treatment advice given and report any history of infectious disease or serious heart problem.
• People with cutaneous infectious diseases, venereal diseases, open wounds, etc. should not use the swimming pools, only the individual bathtubs and always upon the doctor’s recommendation.
• Any reaction that may occur during Hydrotherapy should be reported to the LOUTRAKI THERMAL SPA Doctor
• Hydrotherapy / balneology should be done on an empty stomach, or after digestion, after three hours of the last meal or a rich breakfast.
• The use of cosmetics, sunscreen and other oils is not allowed as they reduce the therapeutic effect and alter the composition of the thermal water.
• It is not allowed to wash the mouth and nose in the pool, as well as sinking the head.
• The use of swimming pool is not allowed during menstruation.
• The use of the pool by people with urinary incontinence or prostate hypertrophy is prohibited.
• Urination in the pool is strictly prohibited and in the rare occasion it occurs, it is diagnosed immediately by special use means.
• Hydrotherapy should not be prolonged beyond the specified time, because it is at the expense of our body.
• The Bather must cooperate with the lifeguard's suggestions.
